Refund Policy
At QueerlyQualified, we are committed to providing our members with flexible and transparent subscription options. We understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer the following refund policy:
Annual Subscriptions:
- Members who choose an annual subscription have the right to cancel their membership at any time.
- If you decide that your annual subscription no longer suits your needs, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership term. To be eligible for this prorated refund, cancellation must occur within 30 days from the date of purchase or renewal.
- All requests for refunds must include a detailed explanation as well as any supporting documentation deemed necessary by QueerlyQualified in order to process your claim.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions provide ongoing access without long-term commitment; therefore, they are not eligible for refunds once billed.
Please note: Refunds will only be issued through original payment methods and may take up to 14 business days after approval. A processing fee equivalent to one month's charge on an annual rate basis will apply upon issuing a refund.
We reserve all rights afforded under applicable law when determining eligibility for refunds and aim always toward fair resolution while prioritizing member satisfaction within reasonable bounds.
